Friends of Theatre Program:

Why contribute?

For almost a decade, our collaboration has operated through two primary resources: ticket sales and corporate/business contributions. While we cannot possibly express our appreciation enough for those who have helped in those ways, we recognize that to grow and improve the theatre offerings in our community, we will need some help.

Subsequently, we are presenting the Friends of Theatre program where any individual who would like to support us will be able to do so. Simply follow the link above or contact us if you would like to make a cash/check donation.

Where does the money go?

Great question. In the broadest terms, these funds will help all things related to the University Theatre Department. But here are just a few specific items…

*All things technical (costumes, sets, props, etc)
*Equipment upgrades/repairs (lighting & sound)
*Marketing expenses
*Registration & travel expenses for CU student theatre conferences/auditions (ex/ S.E.T.C.)
*Youth Theater Camp Scholarships (we have never turned a participant away due to financial constraints)
*Essentially, any conceivable expense that brings a production to life.

Here are the giving levels:
*Actor ($1-$99)
•Acknowledgment in show programs

*Choreographer ($100-$499)
•Acknowledgment in show programs
•¼ page ad in program
•2 free tickets to one show

*Designer ($500-$999)
